It’s January 30, 2026 and we had already burned through a half cord of wood surviving the Snow Storm Fern. Once I heard the HVAC technician say to my Husband, he was sorry he had to turn the Furnace off due to a fire hazard and the breaker part had to be ordered, I immediately got on my computer and searched for firewood delivery and up popped David’s Firewood. When I called, David answered with a cheerful hello and was ready to help.
He gave me his prices which were very reasonable considering a 18 degree night was upon us, we would have paid whatever he wanted! The one lane road to our home was still solid ice from the snow storm and he said we will be there before nightfall! He came up the road in his flatbed truck carefully driving a slick road and he was a “ wonderful sight to see!” He literally saved us!
He promised hot-burning wood and it is! With his wood, our large fireplace and a few space heaters we have been able to maintain a 67 Degree temperature in the core of our 4,500 square foot home.

I called David's Firewood yesterday, 12/28/2023 late morning. I spoke with David on the phone while he was driving a skid loader. He had my wood delivered and stacked by 10:00AM the very next day (12/29/2023). The wood that was delivered was cut constantly between 17 and 18 inches as promised. The wood was very well seasoned, clean (not full of debris, mud or dirt) and split at least 2 or 3 times. The wood fits nicely in my Woodhaven rack and is covered completely by my full rack Woodhaven tarp. The wood burns nice, even and hot. Perfect firewood in my opinion. Thanks David you have a lifelong customer.
